PETER SCUDAMORE is still struggling to decide on his Grand National mount. The champion jockey has the choice of several Martin Pipe-trained contenders, including Chatam and Riverside Boy, but may yet desert Pipe's team altogether in favour of Captain Dibble, trainer by his business partner, Nigel Twiston-Davies.
'I want to ride the course on Thursday before making a decision,' Scudamore said yesterday. David Bridgwater will ride Captain Dibble if Scudamore decides to stay loyal to Pipe.
