Rape
R v Linekar; CA (Cr Div) (Swinton Thomas LJ, Morland, Steel JJ); 21 Oct 1994.
The only types of fraud which could vitiate consent in a case of rape were frauds as to the nature of the act itself or as to the identity of the person doing it.
