Denis MacShane, Labour MP for Rotherham, is to question the Attorney- General about the failure of the Serious Fraud Office to interview the former Barings trader Nick Leeson. He claimed there were "orders from on high" to the SFO and added that the Government was keen to get Leeson, "out of circulation".
