I've been much better this week. I've stuck to all the exercises and have been strict on my food. There's a mass consciousness about being fit and healthy at the moment, which is encouraging. Everywhere I look I'm reminded of it so I'm finding it really easy to go to the gym and eat well.
I'd like to say I feel better for it but I'm skimming on the edge of getting a cold and I have achy bones. I think that if I wasn't doing exercise I would be really ill with flu by now, but because I'm getting fitter it's not so bad. I'm feeling motivated, but it's still a bit too soon to say I'm at my peak.
