Neal Chamberlain: Jo continues to show excellent progress and is jogging with more regularity and for at least half an hour each time. Her basic level of fitness is such that she can now jog continuously keeping her heart rate between 160 and 170, which is a comfortable zone for Jo to work in. Any higher than this starts to feel uncomfortable and is therefore approaching her maximum. Jo should also now start to quantify her runs, monitor her times and gauge ongoing improvement.
This week Jo has really persevered with the other exercises and started to increase the repetitions of each one and said that she actually feels herself getting stronger and more defined.
