New customers can get up to 9 months of free broadband when signing up to a 24-month package. You’ll also find a range of other broadband deals, such as three months of free broadband when you sign up for 1GB hyperfast.

Firstly, if you’re a student you need to know about Hyperoptic’s student plans. This student discount saves you up to 15 per cent on rolling monthly contracts, with rates from as little as £24 per month for its basic 50Mb service. The monthly savings increase the faster you go, heading up to a £9 per month discount on the fastest 1Gb plan, taking the price from £52 per month down to just £43. You can also save 15 per cent on a rolling monthly contract.

From April 2026, most providers, including Hyperoptic, will be adding a mid-contract price rise. This should be set out in exact pounds and pence, and not be based on future inflation, according to Ofcom guidelines.
