Last Call

OH, HOW the mighty have fallen. Lenny Kravitz (right) used to be known for his skin tight trousers, long dreadlocks which could save Rapunzal and wearing sunglasses without a whiff of Nineties irony. But then, with two great albums to his name, Lenny came under close critical scrutiny. He was called a few names such as a retro-copycat and the new Jimi Hendrix, so off came the hair and in came a new introverted image. Fortunately, the showman inside remains.
