Visitors are encouraged to clamber over and bounce on the work of art named 'Sacrilege 2012', which was created by British artist Jeremy Deller.
The exhibition also hosts five other installations at the Mobile M+ Inflation! exhibition. The Stonehenge replica stands alongside other inflatable installations such as a huge black cockroach and a giant pig.
Lars Nittve, executive director of M+, described bouncing on the piece as "liberating".
The exhibition opens to the public tomorrow and closes on 9 June.
